Off the Record is an all-levels yoga event where music, movement, and mindfulness come together in perfect harmony.
We’ll be flowing to the sounds of GNX by Kendrick Lamar, SOS by SZA, and The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. The playlist isn’t just background music—it’s part of the whole experience, guiding each flow and setting the tone for a deeper connection to yourself.
A refreshing ginger shot will be included as a welcome drink to energise you before the class. Please bring your own yoga mat for the session.
After class, take the opportunity to stay off the record, browse through the vinyl collection, and enjoy exclusive in-store discounts. Connect with like-minded people in a laid-back, vibrant atmosphere.
