Reissue of Turtle Rock, the debut release from Sharp Pins, the solo project from Kai Slater of Chicago, IL. The album is full of DIY bedroom pop pearls of the highest order which call to mind the underground sounds of the past from labels like Blackbean and Placenta Tape Club and March Records, and artists such as Kleenex Girl Wonder, GBV, and Big Star. Originally released on limited cassette in March 2023 on Hallogallo. The kids are alright!
