Refunds will only be issued if the event date has been canceled or rescheduled.

Event dates are subject to change pending government / Public Health England guidance around the coronavirus outbreak.
We will inform with a change of date or a cancelation email.
Please do not contact us until a rescheduled date is announced. Once announced, if you cannot make the rescheduled date, refunds for 'ticket only', or part refund with product purchase will be available.
RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED OUT STORES
Once a rescheduled date has been announced you have one month to apply for a refund.
We understand that the new rescheduled dates may not suit everyone.
If you decide to keep the product we will refund £4 for the ticket part.
For a full refund please return your product to us in the condition we sent it (new sealed).
You will be responsible for any postage costs back to us.
First email email@example.com with your order number to apply for your refund.
For 'ticket only' refund please email us with your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: IN THE EVENT OF A WEBSITE ERROR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OFFERING AN ALTERNATIVE OR A FULL / PART REFUND WITH PRODUCT
Ticket only option is limited to 1 per person per order.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anybody ordering more than one ticket only per person per order.
Anyone ordering more than one ticket only will be refunded the entire order, and will be asked to try again, this sometimes takes a while to do so and you might miss out on tickets due to event selling out.

TROUBLESHOOTING / FAQ's
My order has gone through and my money has come out of my bank but i have no email?
Please check you entered you email address correctly.
If you do not receive an email with a confirmation number, then your order will not have gone through.
Your money will be returned with in 24hr. The reason this has happened is that details have not been entered correctly on the check out.
Your card registered address and name / details must all be entered exactly or the order will not process. This is to prevent on line fraud.
Please try again with the correct details.
Im under 16 do i need an adult to accompany me?
Yes, under 16's MUST be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times.
No drop offs.
Max 2 under 16 with 1 over 18 yr old.
Minimum age 14+

I have no Digital Email?
These will be sent out in batches, we aim to have these all sent out 10 days before.
TICKETS WILL NOT BE POSTED
Please select collect in store option (BUT NO NEED TO COLLECT ANYTHING) as tickets are not printed,
just an e ticket email reminder will be emailed out 5 days before the event.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, REFUND, AND REFUSE ENTRY TO OR REMOVE FROM ANY OF OUR EVENTS ANY PERSONS BEING PHYSICALLY OR VERBALLY ABUSIVE TOWARDS A MEMBER OF THE VINILO TEAM.
