Personal Assistant (PA)

By accepting a free ticket, a PA accepts responsibility for providing the support required by the access customer in order to attend the event. This includes being able to provide additional assistance during the course of an emergency evacuation.

Our staff at an event will be unable to provide assistance beyond their usual role and general reasonable adjustments.
