Accessibility Tickets

We offer accessible seating, wheelchair spaces, and personal assistant (PA) tickets for guests with long-term or permanent access needs. These services are not available for temporary conditions (e.g. injuries, pregnancy).

How to Apply

1. Buy your standard ticket or ticket bundle.
2. Email your request within 5 days of booking—spaces are limited and may fill up.

Include:

• Your order number
• One of the accepted proofs of eligibility (see below)

Accepted Proof of Eligibility

• Access Card (with or without +1)
• DLA (any rate for access / middle+ for PA)
• PIP
• Attendance/Severe Disablement Allowance
• BD8 or CVI Certificate (or equivalent from optometrist)
• D/deaf registration
• Armed Forces Independence Payment
• War Disablement Pension
• Letter from a GP, nurse, or social worker confirming long-term disability and support needs

Personal Assistants (PAs)

PA tickets are for those who cannot attend without support.
By accepting a PA ticket, the assistant agrees to provide all necessary help, including during emergencies.
