Refund Policy
Event Tickets
All tickets and ticket bundles are non-refundable, unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
Please refer to the individual event terms and conditions for full details.
New Vinyl (Online & In-Store)
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return an item.
 - All returns must be brand new, sealed, and unopened.
 - Contact us first before returning any item.
 - Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
 - If faulty, we will refund postage after inspecting the item.
 - We cannot process refunds until the returned item is received.
 
Note: Pre-orders are excluded. See section below.
Online Orders
- Occasionally, items may become unavailable after purchase—we’ll refund and notify you right away.
 - In the case of a pricing or stock error, you’ll be refunded automatically.
 - We’ll ship the rest of your order unless you ask us to cancel the whole thing.
 
Pre-Orders & Cancellations
- You can cancel a pre-order within 14 days of placing the order.
 - After 14 days, cancellations are no longer accepted.
 - All event (outstore/in-store) product sales are final and non-refundable.
 
Sale Items
- Some sale items may show minor cosmetic damage. We’ll note this in the description where possible.
 - Sale items are non-returnable.

Tracking Orders
Once a tracking number is issued, your order is considered in transit.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
In-Store Purchases
14-Day Exchange or Credit Note Only
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
 - Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original shrink wrap.
 - Not eligible for return: sale items and opened/played records (unless faulty).
 - Refunds offered as exchange or store credit only.
