Returning A Record + Online Sales
You have 5 days to return if you change your mind with proof of purchase.
This does not effect Pre Orders, please see the Pre Order section below.
The record(s) must be in the condition it was sold, sealed, no bends, 'dinks’ and un-damaged.
Please note we do not cover the return postal costs on returns unless a record is faulty. In this instance we will refund the postal cost once we have received the record and investigated the fault.
We can not process any returns unless the records have been returned.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil every online order, unfortunately in some instances it is unavoidable, and items can / will be cancelled and refunded.
In the event of a website error, we will refund any money taken and notify you as soon as possible.
We will release the rest of the order unless stated by the customer to cancel the whole order.
Once a pre order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it, from the time of purchase.
After 24 hours orders can not be canceled and your order will be shipped.
Some of our sale items will have slight damage, we will do our best to mention this in the discription.
Some items on our site can be ordered on backorder, this means we do not have this in stock right now and will have to order it in.
This can take time and sometimes the record has been deleted from the supplier,

COVID EVENT RESCHEDULED PRODUCT RETURNS
Once a rescheduled date has been announced you have 14 days to apply for a ' ticket only' refund / part refund with product .
We understand that the new rescheduled dates may not suit everyone.
You will be responsible for postage cost back to us.
First please email email@example.com to apply for a refund with your order number.
It is your responsability for the return of any product back to us, unless faulty.
Once we have provided a tracking number for an order, the order is in transit.
It is the buyers responsability to track and follow the order's progress.
