Refunds & Returning A Record
You have 5 days to return your order if you change your mind, with proof of purchase.
The record(s) must be in the condition it was sold, sealed, no bends, 'dinks’ and un-damaged.
Vinilo 'Pre Loved' records are non returnable.
Please note we do not cover the return postal costs on returns unless a record is faulty.
In this instance we will refund the postal cost once we have received the record and investigated the fault.
We can not process any returns unless the records have been returned.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil every online order, unfortunately in some instances it is unavoidable, and items can / will be cancelled and refunded.
In the event of a website error, we will refund any money taken and notify you as soon as possible.
Pre Orders are shipped the week of release.
If your order has combined pre orders / stock records, we will ship when it is complete.
Some of our sale items will have slight damage, we will do our best to mention this in the discription.
COVID EVENT RESCHEDULED PRODUCT RETURNS
Once a rescheduled date has been announced you will have an email with an end date to apply for a ' ticket only' refund / part refund with product .
We understand that the new rescheduled dates may not suit everyone.
Please email email@example.com to apply for a refund with your order number.
It is your responsibility for the return of any product back to us.
Once we have provided a tracking number for an order, the order is in transit.
A Royal Mail tracking number will be issued to your order.
It is the buyers responsability to track and follow the order's progress.
