Beginning as rough voice notes in 2022 and refined through collaborative sessions and late-night home demos, the record balances polished, stadium-ready anthems with the group’s most personal reflections. The title track draws on frontman Billy’s battle with Ulcerative Colitis and life-changing surgery—an unusual, striking name that underlines the band’s authenticity and ability to find meaning in the unexpected.
