Cover of the Thin Lizzy classic ‘Whiskey In The Jar’ which was also covered by Metallica. Grand Slam was originally formed in 1984 by Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy legend). The band was revived in 2016 with original member Laurence Archer (lead guitar, backing vocals) and current members Mike Dyer vocals, Rocky Newton, bass, Benjy Reid on drums. Only previosuly released digitally on August 20th - what would have been Phil Lynott’s) 75th birthday. Fans are demanding a vinyl release of the single.
