Long out of print on vinyl for over 40 years, the six Val Kilmer-sung tracks from the cult Zucker-Abrams-Zucker comedy Top Secret! (their 1984 theatrical follow-up to Airplane!) have become a holy grail for Kilmer and comedy fans. Kilmer is featured singing extensively in the film…later turning to mere acting for his follow-up roles in defining ‘80s films such as Top Gun, Real Genius, and Willow. Top Secret! features remastered versions of all six Kilmer songs on side A, plus a bonus 20 minutes of score tracks from three-time Oscar-winning composer Maurice Jarre on side B. The LP is pressed on Top Secret! clear-colored vinyl and has a gatefold sleeve containing original publicity stills.
