12 Bar Bruise is the debut studio album from Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, originally released on 7 September 2012. Following the Willoughby’s Beach EP, it captures the band pushing further into their DIY garage rock sound with plenty of raw charm and restless energy.
This edition keeps that spirit intact while looking to the future. These records have been sustainably made via injection mold technology and are pressed from PET plastic, the same plastic used in water bottles. A great early snapshot of King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard as their singular world starts taking shape.
