Eternal is a new 15-disc live boxed set from Joy Division, comprising 16 full audio concert recordings across 14 CDs plus approximately 2 hours 20 minutes of live video on DVD. Recordings span March 1979–May 1980 and include audience recordings, sound desk tapes and international radio broadcasts (audio quality varies). The set is presented in a 12" rigid box with the 15 discs in 4x digipaks and a softback 12" book with new liner notes by Simon Armitage and photography by Anton Corbijn and Kevin Cummins.
