Heartcore is the debut album from alt-pop visionary Au/Ra. Recorded between London and Los Angeles, it blends ethereal pop, electronica, 8-bit hyperpop and alt-rock. Au/Ra describes the 16-track opus as a concept album exploring real-life trauma and healing through a character narrative. Featuring the singles KILLSWITCH, CRACK!, HIGH FANTASY and SWAMP, each track delves deeper into a shifting labyrinth toward eventual rehabilitation.
