Back in print. Immortalised by one Flat Eric (whatever happened to that little guy?), this track introduced the world to Mr Oizo, who transcended the novelty "as seen on TV" vibe somewhat, by turning out a bonafide club classic, loved by many, hated by few. It's womp-womp bassline predates Dubstep by a good few years, and nods (ha) as much to UK Garage as it does to the Breaks scene of around that era. The beats of 'Monday Massacre' and 'Sick Dog Try To Speak' on the flip instantly proved Mr Oizo was definitely destined to be more than a one-trick pony. Out of print for a while, it's a pretty essential addition to any collection. This record is fun. Remember when Dance music was fun? This record is fun.
