Cromlech’s second album, Of Owls and Eels, is a striking black metal statement from Impurus, a veteran active since the 1990s (DIES ATER, CRYOGENIC, ALBEZ DUZ). While rooted in cold black metal, it boldly blends harsh riffs and powerful drumming with eerie keyboards and surreal, dreamlike atmospheres. Dynamic and deeply atmospheric, these seven tracks balance brutality, melancholy, and quiet reverie to form a dense, authentic work that pushes beyond the usual limits of solo black metal projects. Tracklist: 1. Old Incineration Hymn 2. Past Forever 3. Owls in the Fog 4. Ice Curse 5. Eels (Part I) 6. The Quiet Witness 7. Mordlust
