Heat The Streets showcases Elmiene’s lifelong love of R&B with all-new material plus a few skits and interludes. Unafraid of big feelings and grand romantic gestures, the release embraces the emotional depth of classic R&B: 'Useless (Without You)' is a yearning ballad that questions life’s meaning without a lover, while 'Damage Control' captures the eve of a relationship’s demise over an irresistible funk groove. It closes with a warm cover of Carole King’s ode to universal love, 'You’ve Got a Friend.' Pressed on limited edition transparent green vinyl.
