Sounds For Someone is the debut album from Elmiene, exploring themes of grief, acceptance, and love. It features the raw single Cry Against The Wind and the honeyed meditation on self-isolation, Reclusive. Production comes from Sampha, Andrew Aged, Buddy Ross, No I.D., Ghostnote, Jeff "Gitty" Gitelman, and soul veteran Raphael Saadiq, with guest features from Saadiq and the sultry new-gen vocal force Baby Rose.
