Spanish Dogs by El Combo Batanga is a vibrant fusion of Afro-Cuban rhythms and Latin funk, blending son, timba, Latin soul, and boogaloo. Rooted in Havana and forged in Madrid's jam scene, the band features powerhouse musicians led by vocalist Ale Gutiérrez and percussionist Rodrigo El Niño, delivering tight grooves, rich percussion, and a punchy brass section. Born from a live unit that turned heads backing soul legend Joe Bataan, the ensemble channels that on-stage energy into a record built for both the dance floor and deep listening. Limited 12-inch pressing.
