Join us at Vinilo Record Store in Southampton for a special intimate instore performance from The Twang, celebrating the release of their new album, Bring Yourself.

Returning with their first studio album since 2019, the Birmingham indie-rock favourites have rediscovered their spark with a record that celebrates friendship, resilience and the power of being yourself.

Born from a difficult period for the band, Bring Yourself began as an opportunity to reconnect following personal loss and strained relationships. What started as a way to rebuild their friendship soon evolved into a powerful collection of songs about honesty, living in the moment and finding your way forward.

Recorded live and produced by Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, M.I.A.), the album captures The Twang's raw energy and unmistakable sound. Its title comes from Orton's phrase "Bring thissen" – a reminder to leave the nonsense behind and embrace who you really are.

Nearly two decades after their gold-selling debut Love It When I Feel Like This, The Twang return with renewed confidence, stronger friendships and a fresh appreciation for the music that brought them together.

With the resurgence of 2000s British indie rock and the band playing some of the biggest venues of their career, Bring Yourself marks an exciting new chapter for The Twang.
